Inferring virus-host interactions through multi-omics high-resolution time series Data

This resource contains data originating from the JGI project, "Inferring virus-host interactions through multi-omics high-resolution time series" (see award and files).

img_data.tsv.gz contains gene-level data from assembled metatranscriptomic transcripts. The table merges data products generated by the IMG Annotation Pipeline (v5.0.23). There are 104 metatranscriptomic samples that are included with sample metadata.

cast_ctd.csv contains oceanographic measurements collected by CTD rosette concomitantly with the metatranscriptomic samples.
