Neisseria meningitidis strain MC58 and α710 grown in RPMI and on adhesion to human epithelial cells

Differences in the transcriptional profile of the menigococcal strains MC58 and α710 were compared upon growth in RPMI and on adhesion to FaDu cells (Human nasopharyngeal cells) Common reference design, MC58 and α710 grown in RPMI and adherent MC58 and α710. Aliquots from the individual samples made the common reference pool. Two replicates per array.
