Synapse dataset​

This repository provides a structured copy of the **Synapse Multi-Organ Abdominal CT Segmentation Dataset**, a publicly available medical imaging dataset widely used for multi-organ semantic segmentation research. The dataset consists of abdominal CT scans with expert-annotated pixel-wise labels for multiple anatomical structures, including liver, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, and other organs.
