采集实况和预报气象数据,探究各气象要素对室外涂装作业船舶修造工艺流程的影响。研制室外涂装作业气象风险预报模型,搭建专业的气象服务平台,形成即时气象监测超阈值告警、小时到日的气象风险动态预警及影响提示和应对措施等数字化服务产品,实现室外涂装作业气象风险从观测、预报预警到服务、应急处置的全流程闭环管理,有效提升企业气象风险防范能力和安全生产效率。通过实时更新的实况或预报数据,得到室外涂装作业相应的气象要素影响等级,采用函数最大值方法,取各因子气象风险等级中的最高等级。假设室外涂装作业的气象风险等级为Y1,具体计算公式如下:Y1=max(Yw,Yr,Yt,Yrh,Ym),其中Yw为风力对应的气象风险等级,当风力>5级为Ⅰ级(高风险),当4级≤风力≤5级为Ⅱ级(中风险),当风力<4级为Ⅲ级(低风险);Yr为降水量对应的气象风险等级,当降雨量≥0.1毫米为Ⅰ级(高风险),当降雨量<0.1毫米为Ⅲ级(低风险);Yt为气温对应的气象风险等级,当气温<0.0℃或气温≥30.0℃为Ⅰ级(高风险),当0.0℃≤气温≤5.0℃或25.0℃≤气温<30.0℃为Ⅱ级(中风险),当5.0℃<气温<25.0℃为Ⅲ级(低风险);Yrh为相对湿度对应的气象风险等级,当相对湿度≥85%为Ⅰ级(高风险),当80%≤相对湿度<85%为Ⅱ级(中风险),当相对湿度<80%为Ⅲ级(低风险);Ym为对流天气对应的气象风险等级,在5km范围内,有闪电为Ⅰ级(高风险),无闪电为Ⅲ级(低风险)。
This dataset collects observed and forecast meteorological data to explore the impact of various meteorological factors on the shipbuilding and repairing process of outdoor painting operations. We developed a meteorological risk forecasting model for outdoor painting operations, built a professional meteorological service platform, and developed digital service products including real-time meteorological monitoring over-threshold alarms, hourly-to-daily dynamic meteorological risk early warnings, impact prompts and response measures. This achieves full closed-loop management of meteorological risks for outdoor painting operations from observation, forecasting and early warning to service and emergency disposal, effectively improving enterprises' ability to prevent meteorological risks and their safety production efficiency. By leveraging real-time updated observed or forecast meteorological data, the impact level of meteorological factors for outdoor painting operations is determined, and the maximum value method is adopted to select the highest meteorological risk level among all individual factors. Assume the meteorological risk level for outdoor painting operations is Y1, and the specific calculation formula is as follows: Y1 = max(Yw, Yr, Yt, Yrh, Ym), where Yw is the meteorological risk level corresponding to wind force: Level I (High Risk) when wind force > Level 5; Level II (Medium Risk) when 4 ≤ wind force ≤ 5; Level III (Low Risk) when wind force < 4; Yr is the meteorological risk level corresponding to precipitation: Level I (High Risk) when rainfall ≥ 0.1 mm; Level III (Low Risk) when rainfall < 0.1 mm; Yt is the meteorological risk level corresponding to air temperature: Level I (High Risk) when air temperature < 0.0℃ or ≥ 30.0℃; Level II (Medium Risk) when 0.0℃ ≤ air temperature ≤ 5.0℃ or 25.0℃ ≤ air temperature < 30.0℃; Level III (Low Risk) when 5.0℃ < air temperature < 25.0℃; Yrh is the meteorological risk level corresponding to relative humidity: Level I (High Risk) when relative humidity ≥ 85%; Level II (Medium Risk) when 80% ≤ relative humidity < 85%; Level III (Low Risk) when relative humidity < 80%; Ym is the meteorological risk level corresponding to convective weather: Level I (High Risk) when there is lightning within 5 km; Level III (Low Risk) when there is no lightning within 5 km.
