Kiwifruit-associated bacterial microbiome

In this study, we integrated amplicon sequencing, machine learning, and culture-dependent methods to investigate the impact of plant compartment, host genotype, field locations, and Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae (Psa) invasion on the kiwifruit microbiome and to compare the changes in the microbiome between the phyllosphere and rhizosphere of Psa-infected kiwifruit resistant and susceptible cultivars under natural field conditions.
