资源简介:
Bisphenol A (BPA), a widely used component in plastics and epoxy resins, has become a pervasive environmental contaminant. It has been reported to affect multiple biological systems, including the reproductive, metabolic, immune, and nervous systems. While several studies have investigated BPA’s involvement in female reproductive cancers, most rely on traditional experimental methods that examine limited molecular pathways. A systematic analysis of BPA’s common pathogenic mechanisms across major gynecological malignancies—specifically cervical, endometrial, and ovarian cancers—remains lacking. To address this gap, we applied a network toxicology approach integrated with molecular docking and dynamics simulations to investigate the potential shared molecular targets of BPA. Our computational findings were further supported by RT-PCR and Western blot experiments.
