The data here relates to a pot trial conducted on the JCU cairns campus. The data is separated into individual analysis forms. Methodology can be found in the related thesis chapter and publication. This trial tested the effect of nitrogen form and rate on fusarium wilt of banana. Additional analysis included banana proteome, soil pathogen qPCR and 16s and ITS amplicon sequencing, banana C and N content and stable isotope ratios, soil ammonium, nitrate and pH and more.
