Canada AI Disclosure Observatory

A coverage-first dataset mapping the full TSX and TSXV listed-company universe against official-source filings, surfacing where issuers disclose use of artificial intelligence and AI risk-management language. Signals are extracted from issuer-hosted reports (PDF, HTML, plain text) and SEC filings (Form 40-F annual reports, plus Form 6-K and 20-F filings located through EDGAR full-text search) and link back to source documents. Rebuilt weekly. Live site: https://observatory.airiskmanagement.ca. Scope is TSX/TSXV listed issuers - explicitly NOT federal departments, Crown corporations, or the Government of Canada AIA register. SEC filings exist only for the ~4% of Canadian issuers that are also US-listed, so SEC-sourced coverage cannot approach full-universe coverage; SEDAR+ is intentionally not ingested (its terms prohibit automated access). Signals reflect disclosed AI language, not an assessment of program quality; disclosure does not imply adoption.
