Physiological and behavioral dataset of squid exposed to ocean acidification

This dataset contains the raw data associated with the manuscript
"Neurometabolic rewiring in optic lobes of squid drives behavioral
plasticity and visual integration under environmental acidification.” It
includes physiological measurements (metabolism and hemolymph parameters),
visual physiology, and behavioral data from squid exposed to hypercapnic
seawater (pH 7.8) under both acute (7 days) and chronic (90 days)
conditions, along with corresponding control data collected at pH 8.2. All
R scripts for data processing, analysis, and visualization are provided
within this dataset.
