EGFR, phospho-EGFR (Tyr1068), Akt, phospho-Akt, ERK1/2, and phospho-ERK1/2 levels were analyzed by immunoblotting at 0, 15, 30, 60, 120, and 900 min after the addition of 100 ng/mL EGF.
