第二部分是我们生成的验证集，包含50个随机海上风力发电场，覆盖2663台风力涡轮机，使用三种方法进行验证。参考数据包括：（1）高分辨率航拍图像和Google图像；（2）多个来源数据集的比较和核实；（3）使用Sentinel 2-MSI数据或Landsat 8-OLI影像进行的真实色彩组合下的全面视觉检查以及作者的广泛内部审查，并在去除浮动或临时移动物体后的Sentinel 1数据中进行。验证集的每个风力发电场均以Shapefile (.shp)格式存储。属性和元数据参考WGS84基准，每条记录包含三个属性：中心纬度（centr_lat）、中心经度（centr_lon）和国家。此外，还附上了去除浮动或临时移动物体后的Sentinel 1参考数据。

Part 1: A global offshore wind turbine dataset constructed by our team, based on Sentinel-1 Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) time-series images from 2015 to 2019, providing georeferenced information of global Offshore Wind Turbines (OWTs). This dataset identifies 6,924 wind turbines from over 10 countries. With a spatial resolution of 10 meters, this dataset serves as a definitive resource for marine spatial planning, monitoring and management. The global OWTs are stored in Shapefile (.shp) format, with attributes and metadata referenced to the WGS84 datum. Each record contains seven attributes: central latitude (centr_lat), central longitude (centr_lon), continent, country, sea area (sea_area), occurrence year (occ_year), and occurrence month (occ_month).

Part 2: A validation set generated by our team, containing 50 randomly selected offshore wind farms covering 2,663 wind turbines, which was validated using three methods. The reference data includes: (1) high-resolution aerial imagery and Google Earth imagery; (2) comparison and verification with datasets from multiple sources; (3) comprehensive visual inspection under true-color composites using Sentinel-2 MSI data or Landsat 8 OLI images, combined with extensive internal reviews by the authors, and conducted on Sentinel-1 data after removing floating or transient moving objects. Each wind farm in the validation set is stored in Shapefile (.shp) format. The attributes and metadata are referenced to the WGS84 datum, and each record contains three attributes: central latitude (centr_lat), central longitude (centr_lon), and country. In addition, the Sentinel-1 reference data after removing floating or transient moving objects is also attached.
