MO Rural Health Clinics

<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This dataset was developed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. Rural Clinics are outpatient facilities that provide services to medically underserved populations. Rural clinics must be located in an area defined by the US Bureau of the Census as non-urbanized.
