资源简介:
This dataset reports data for a protocol to modify the surface of nanoporous gold disks (NPGD) to tune plasmonic resonance. We fabricated monolithic NPGDs in the lab. Gold-silver alloy nanoparticles were incubated with either potassium iodide (KI) or potassium bromide aqueous solutions for 24 hours before dealloying. To produce NPGDs silver was dealloyed for 30 to 270 seconds in 70% nitric acid. The sample was then washed in deionized water. This dataset includes extinction spectra for 2 alloys (Ag82.5Au17.5 and Ag70Au30) without halides, with potassium bromide, and with potassium iodide. Additionally the extinction spectra are provided for the alloy Ag82.5Au17.5 incubated with one of three different concentrations of potassium bromide and potassium iodide. Lastly, Raman spectroscopy data are provided for NPGD without halides, with potassium iodide, and with both potassium iodide and loaded with small gold negatively charged nanoparticles. This dataset is associated with the publication: Zeng, J., Zhao, F., Li, M., Li, C. - H., Lee, T. R., & Shih, W. - C. (2015).
