Deliveries to agricultural slaughterhouses in 2021

These are data sets showing deliveries of slaughter and wool delivered from agricultural enterprises to slaughterhouses. For each enterprise, the organisation number, name, municipality number and kilos are presented to the slaughterhouse during the calendar year. The data does not include rent slaughter. New data sets are posted annually. This happens about 15 March, the year after the animals are delivered to the slaughterhouse.本数据集收录农业企业向屠宰场交付的屠宰用畜禽及羊毛货物。针对每家农业企业，数据集包含该企业在自然年度内向屠宰场交付货物的组织编号、企业名称、所属市镇编号及货物总千克数。本数据集不包含委托代宰业务。数据集按年度更新，通常于牲畜交付至屠宰场的次年3月15日左右发布。
