The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The present data is the development plan “Restriction of the number of residential units in parts of the urban area, Im Loh, Steinbach” of the town of Schwäbisch Hall from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Limiting the number of residential units in parts of the urban area, Im Loh, Steinbach.开发规划（BPL）涵盖了城市规划规程中具备法律约束力的各项规制要求。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次数据集为施瓦本哈尔镇（Schwäbisch Hall）基于XPlanung 5.0平台编制的开发规划："城市部分区域Im Loh与Steinbach的住宅单元数量限制"。规划说明：对城市区域内Im Loh及Steinbach片区的住宅单元数量予以限制。
