We performed a comprehensive gene expression analysis of human colorectal cancer (CRC) tissues, matched adjacent normal mucosa, established CRC cell lines, and primary cultures derived from patient tumors (2D organoids). This dataset aims to identify genes and signaling pathways preferentially expressed in cancer cells and to explore clinically relevant mechanisms through comparative analysis of primary cultures and patient tissues. Gene expression was profiled using the Agilent SurePrint G3 Human GE v3 8x60K microarray platform. The study included four sample types: 1. Colorectal cancer tissues from patients, 2. Matched adjacent normal colorectal tissues, 3.Established CRC cell lines, 4.Primary cultures derived from patient tumors, maintained as 2D organoids.
