Data is sourced from the International Labour Organizations ILOSTAT database, retrieved via its REST API and filtered to Asia ISO3 country codes. The dataset provides a detailed schema including columns such as country code, country name, data source, indicator code, sex disaggregation, economic classification, observation year, observed value, observation status, and related notes. It covers total employment and breakdowns by sex (male, female, other), suitable for tabular classification, regression, and time-series forecasting tasks.
