CDC Data Catalog

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Data Catalog is a centralized resource of health-related datasets and information that is publicly accessible. It includes a wide range of datasets collected by the CDC on public health topics such as disease prevalence, health behaviors, environmental factors, and demographic information. The catalog is searchable using free text and search filters for data type, e.g., Datasets, Maps, Charts, Forms, and/or category, e.g., Chronic Diseases (which includes numerous sub-categories), Environmental Health and Toxicology, Health Statistics, to name a few. Data from the datasets are downloadable for use in research, analysis, and decision-making to address public health issues. Metadata and documentation that describe the context, methodology, and limitations of the data are also available.
