Yearly per capita consumption of table apples in France 1994-2021

In France, the consumption of fresh table apples decreased between 1994 and 2021, going from 13.3 to 11.5 kilograms per inhabitant. It reached its lowest point in 2015-16 when the per capita consumption amounted to 9.1 kilograms. On the other hand, the per capita consumption of processed table apples went in the opposite direction during that period, going from 7.1 to 12.2 kilograms.
