1975 Establishment Census of Japan: Survey Outline, Questionnaire, etc.

All establishments in Japan on the date of the census, except the following:
1. Individual proprietorships that, based on the 1972 version of the Japan Standard Industrial Classification, were classified as belonging to Division A: Agriculture (except 4-Digit Category 0531: Veterinary Services), Division B: Forestry and Hunting, or Division C: Fisheries and Aquaculture, as well as establishments belonging to Major Group 76: Domestic Services or Major Group 96: Foreign Governments and International Agencies in Japan.
2. Establishments without paid employees, such as neighborhood associations.
3. Establishments that have closed down and have no employees.
4. Establishments that operate on a seasonal basis and did not operate on the day of the census.
5. Establishments on premises such as a factory, company, school, or government office operating in a separate business such as cafeterias and shops that are solely for the employees of those premises.
6. Establishments set up within establishments that have entry restrictions such as entrance fees or require a license, etc.
7. Establishments without a fixed place of business and establishments without fixed business facilities.

日本普查日期所有企业机构，除外以下情况：
1. 根据日本标准产业分类1972年版，被划分为A类：农业（不包括四位数字类别0531：兽医服务），B类：林业与狩猎，或C类：渔业与水产养殖的企业机构，以及属于76大组：国内服务或96大组：日本的外国政府与国际机构的企业机构。

4. 以季节性经营且在普查日未运营的企业机构。
5. 位于工厂、公司、学校或政府办公场所内，独立经营如食堂和仅对场所员工开放商店的企业机构。
6. 设置于具有入场限制（如门票）或需许可证等的企业机构。
7. 无固定营业场所和缺乏固定营业设施的企业机构。
