资源简介:
We examined the effects of different root shapes conditioned soils on Astragalus root rot disease resistance. Our results showed that root rot incidence of Astragalus was lowest on fibrous root conditioned soil and highest on taproot conditioned soil. We have also shown that fibrous-rooted soybean enriches Pseudoxanthomonas in the rhizosphere of Astragalus through plant-soil feedback. Pseudoxanthomonas reduced the infestation ability of the pathogen by competing with the pathogen for iron ions. Further research showed that Vanillin and Emodin, metabolites in fibrous root soybean soil, promoted the growth of Pseudoxanthomonas, thus reducing the incidence of Astragalus root rot.
