RNA-Seq and miRNA-Seq

We studied the transcriptomics of 16 C57BL/6J mice, categorized into normal, ConA, PTH, and Rap groups, and the transcriptomes were compared among the four. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in transcriptomes among the groups.The ConA group was autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) mice induced by tail vein injection with ConA, the PTH group was given the intervention of katazome on top of the AIH mice, and the Rap group in was given the intervention of rapamycin on top of the AIH mice.
