Mouse dorsal root ganglion (DRG) and sciatic nerve cell atlas

Processed, integrated single-cell RNA-sequencing atlas of the adult mouse dorsal root ganglion (DRG) and sciatic nerve, accompanying Meriau, Thomsen et al. (2026). The object is a Seurat v5 object (R 4.3.3, Seurat v5.1.0) integrating >200,000 cells across multiple published and lab-generated datasets, with hierarchical cell-type annotations at Class (7), Major (28) and Minor (84) levels and a Harmony-integrated UMAP embedding. File format. The object is provided as split parts for reliable transfer. Download all parts and concatenate them, in order, to reconstruct the single .RDS file: cat DRGSNMI_main_multilevel.RDS.part-* > DRGSNMI_main_multilevel.RDS MD5 of the reassembled file: dfbe3428a52d369e7e578ee637ecc9e0.
