WES and RNA-sequencing of balbc mouse liver and H22 cell line

We aimed to predict and screen neoantigens from mouse liver cancer H22 cell line. H22 cells were cultured in a medium of 1640 with 10% FBS in 5% CO2. After collecting enough cells, we used whole exome sequencing (WES) and RNA sequencing to get mutation and expression information of the H22 cell line. For comparison, we also got healthy livers from Balbc female mice (5-6 weeks old) and used WES to get normal exome. By fully analyzing the exome of liver cells, the H22 cell line, and the transcriptome of the H22 cell line, we found the neoantigens in the H22 cell line.
