R scripts and data for the article "Redistribution of sea-crossing bird migration in response to coastal artificial illumination"

This zipped file contains the processed datasets and R scripts used in the publication "Redistribution of sea-crossing bird migration in response to coastal artificial illumination". To run the scripts, open the 'hr_wr.Rproj' file. The relevant code can essentially be run from the Rmd files alone. These execute external code stored in additional R scripts. The Rmd files '01_clutter.Rmd' to '05_altmod.Rmd' run the different parts of the analysis underlying the published article. These files work independently of each other. Each Rmd file contains a description of its purpose. All variables and data frames are described in the Rmd files where they are needed. To generate the figures, run the code at the bottom of each Rmd file. This creates a folder named after the script within the 'output' directory, where the figures are stored.
