With the Dark Matter moving through the 5th dimension, If i am right, the dark matter acts like a cylinder or tunnel of dark matter moving in a different dimension from our 4D reality. but with the cosmic web and becasue gravity leaks thru the dimensional curtain... the cosmic web mass would move to the center of the flow.
