IEEV.CV. Residential Building Evaluation Reports in the Valencian Community

The residential building evaluation report (IEEV) is a document that describes the construction characteristics of the common elements of an existing building, indicating its state of conservation, its conditions of accessibility and energy efficiency, pointing out constructive, functional and safety deficiencies, or habitability detected, in order to warn about them and guide the necessary actions to maintain the appropriate state of conservation. It applies to residential buildings used for housing and its minimum graphic representation is the cadastral plot, linked to a cadastral reference determined by each registered evaluation report. The data offered are the file number, address, cadastral reference, year of construction, state of conservation and pending actions, state of accessibility, susceptible interventions through reasonable adjustments to overcome existing architectural barriers in common spaces of the building, evaluation energy of the building and link to the photo of the facade.
