This dataset contains surface soil samples from five types of farmland plots: wheat fields (6 samples), barley fields, highland barley fields, corn fields and foxtail millet fields; three types of natural plots: spruce forests (3 samples), alpine meadows (2 samples) and wetlands; and surface soil samples from the Donghuishan Archaeological Site (2 samples). It also includes anthers of wheat, barley, highland barley and Agropyron.
