Dataset for Organizational Phase Space and Geometric Taxonomy of Dynamical Trajectory Ensembles: Extended Validation and Applications (Version 2.0)

This dataset accompanies Version 2.0 of the preprint "Organizational Phase Space and Geometric Taxonomy of Dynamical Trajectory Ensembles" and provides the materials required to reproduce the reported analyses and validation results. The archive contains simulation outputs, trajectory-derived observables, organizational state-space measurements, validation datasets, robustness assessments, and supporting computational materials used throughout the study. Version 2.0 substantially extends the original OPS framework through additional validation experiments, expanded robustness analyses, independent reproducibility assessments, and new applications involving physical, biological, and physiological systems. The dataset supports the reproducible evaluation of Organizational Phase Space (OPS), trajectory-based observables, organizational regime classification, admissibility analysis, synchronization dynamics, and collective transition behavior. All files are provided exclusively for scientific evaluation, reproducibility assessment, and scholarly review. The dataset is archived on Zenodo to establish a verifiable and citable research record associated with the corresponding Version 2.0 manuscript.
