Mouse chemokine antibody-array data from RAW264.7 cells treated with LPS and FIZn NPs@gel
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains antibody-array measurements from nine RAW264.7 culture-supernatant samples: NC_1, NC_2 and NC_3 (control); LPS_1, LPS_2 and LPS_3 (LPS); and LPS+FIZn NPs@gel_1, LPS+FIZn NPs@gel_2 and LPS+FIZn NPs@gel_3 (treatment). Each group comprises three independently cultured and independently treated biological replicates. Samples were measured using a RayBiotech GSM-CHE-1 mouse chemokine antibody array, with 25 chemokines and two positive-control features, each represented by four technical spots. The technical spots are not independent biological replicates. KC denotes CXCL1. The deposit includes exported numerical spot signals, four-spot means, positive-control normalization factors, normalized sample-level signals, statistical results and reproduction scripts. Normalization was reconstructed from the provider's calibration calculations; the calculation details and sample-specific factors are supplied. Study-specific differential analysis used log2(normalized fluorescence + 1), limma 3.58.1 and contrasts of LPS versus control and treatment versus LPS. Benjamini-Hochberg correction is provided across 25 chemokines within each contrast and additionally across all 50 tests. The image collection provides all nine study sample regions extracted from an author-supplied JPEG array image, together with the antibody-feature layout and image documentation. The sample regions are saved as PNG files at the native JPEG pixel scale and orientation, without brightness, contrast, color, background or spot-intensity adjustments. They are documented as JPEG-derived images, not verified scanner-native acquisition files. Quantitative analyses use the accompanying numerical signal tables. The provider protocol specifies InnoScan 300 scanning at 532 nm and 10 micrometre resolution. Complete scanner-native numerical exports and separate background measurements were not supplied. The numerical spot exports represent the earliest available numerical measurements. The public sample data and images cover the nine samples used in this study.
