This dataset contains survey responses from 304 employees across five Asian economies (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and China) examining the relationships between High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS), Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), employee engagement, creativity, green innovation, knowledge sharing, organizational support, and organizational sustainability. Variables: 40 items measuring 8 latent constructs (HPWS, GHRM, employee engagement, employee creativity, green innovation, knowledge sharing, organizational support, organizational sustainability) plus demographic variables (age, education, country, industry sector).
