Estonian Building Register

The purpose of maintaining a building register (EHR) according to the statutes is to assemble, store and disclose information about buildings under construction and use. The classification “List of Use of Buildings” (KAOS) is linked to the building register. The basic documents for the establishment and maintenance of the database are the Construction Code and the Basic Regulations of the Building Register.
