Where: X refers to the content of the analyte in the test sample, with the unit of micrograms per kilogram (μg/kg); C refers to the concentration of enrofloxacin in the test solution, with the unit of micrograms per liter (μg/L); V refers to the final constant volume of the test solution, with the unit of milliliters (mL); m refers to the mass of the test sample, with the unit of grams (g). Thus, the content data of the detection target enrofloxacin can be obtained.
3.
