为保证小黄鱼安全性,需要对小黄鱼中恩诺沙星含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中兽药最大残留限量》(GB 31650—2019)中规定,小黄鱼中恩诺沙星最高限量值为100ug/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域小黄鱼含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1、.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2、对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=C*V*f/m,式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为微克每千克(ug/kg);C为试样待测液中恩诺沙星含量,单位为微克每升(ug/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g) 。可得检查项目恩诺沙星的含量数据。3.将以上检测数据对比“农业部1077号公告-1-2008”中标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。

This dataset is primarily used to monitor the enrofloxacin content indicators of small yellow croaker in the circulation market of Zhuji City, providing regulatory support for relevant supervision authorities. 1. Data collection: The dataset is sourced from sampled products collected from markets in Zhuji City. 2. Calculation of detected values: The detected values of the sampled products in Zhuji's markets are calculated using the following formula: X = C × V × f / m. Where: X refers to the content of the analyte in the test sample, with the unit of micrograms per kilogram (μg/kg); C refers to the concentration of enrofloxacin in the test solution, with the unit of micrograms per liter (μg/L); V refers to the final constant volume of the test solution, with the unit of milliliters (mL); m refers to the mass of the test sample, with the unit of grams (g). Thus, the content data of the detection target enrofloxacin can be obtained. 3. Qualification determination: Compare the aforementioned detection data with the data requirements specified in Announcement No. 1077-1-2008 issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China. Samples with test results within the specified limit are deemed qualified, while those exceeding the limit are unqualified.
