Chronic renal insufficiency: estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) ≤60 mL/min/1.73 m2. Smokers: smoking in the last year. COPD: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Secretion*: prostanoid secretion by NA and AAA samples.
