通过设计高精度位移传感器和温度补偿算法,研制了一种能在野外高频率、高精度自动记录DBH的记录仪,并通过云平台实时评估树木生长动态。数据集是应用研发的树木径向生长自动观测仪在甘肃祁连山站、北京森林站进行野外测试和示范收集的数据,数据表包括人工测量对照值、不同站点不同树号采集Vi(位移)、Ri(树木周长)和Ci(树木直径)的测量值。通过计算获得树木胸径变化动态,推进我国植被生态监测的自动化、智能化水平和自主创新,服务于国家生态系统监测网络,服务于国家“两屏三带”生态安全屏障建设以及对脆弱生态区的大范围、全天候、立体化监测需求,对推进我国生态文明建设具有重要支撑作用。

By designing high-precision displacement sensors and temperature compensation algorithms, a high-frequency, high-precision field recorder for automatic DBH recording was developed, and tree growth dynamics can be evaluated in real time via a cloud platform. This dataset was collected from field tests and demonstrations of the self-developed automatic tree radial growth monitoring instrument at Gansu Qilian Mountain Station and Beijing Forest Station. The data tables include manual measurement control values, as well as measured values of Vi (displacement), Ri (tree circumference) and Ci (tree diameter) collected from different tree individuals at different monitoring sites. By calculating the dynamic changes of tree DBH, this work promotes the automation, intelligence and independent innovation of vegetation ecological monitoring in China, serves the national ecosystem monitoring network, supports the construction of the national "Two Screens and Three Belts" ecological security barrier, meets the demands of large-scale, all-weather and three-dimensional monitoring for vulnerable ecological zones, and plays an important supporting role in advancing China's ecological civilization construction.
