SCAD-example data

This dataset contains the spatial transcriptomics (ST) and single-cell (sc) reference data used in the development and validation of SCAD, a computational framework for uncertainty-calibrated detection of aberrant cells in spatial transcriptomics. The data are organized to support the reproduction of key results and benchmarking analyses presented in the associated study. Specifically, the following files and datasets are included: Human Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) Dataset: adata_SCC_ST.h5ad: The spatial transcriptomics data for a human squamous cell carcinoma sample in AnnData format. adata_SCC_sc.zip: A zipped archive containing the single-cell RNA sequencing reference data (in AnnData format) from the same SCC sample population. Mouse Brain Datasets: Input Data for Benchmarking (input_RCTD_CARD.zip): This file contains the spatial and single-cell data required to run the benchmarking tools, specifically formatted for the RCTD and CARD methods. It provides the necessary input formats for these comparative analyses. adata_ST_MB.h5ad: The spatial transcriptomics data for a human squamous cell carcinoma sample in AnnData format. adata_sc_MB.zip: The single-cell RNA sequencing reference data (in AnnData format) from the same SCC sample population. sc_label_louvine_MB.txt: Cell type label of scRNA-seq data unsing louvian resolution 0.5.
