Aegypti-Atlas

Aegypti-Atlas is an interactive database that provides a comprehensive atlas of the transcriptome of different regions/tissues (head, thorax, abdomen, Malpighian tubules, ovaries, gut) of the female yellow fever mosquito, Aedes aegypti. In addition, you will find region-specific RNAseq data for the mosquito gut (crop, proventriculus, anterior midgut, posterior midgut, and hindgut).伊蚊图谱（Aegypti-Atlas）是一款交互式数据库，可为雌性黄热病蚊埃及伊蚊（Aedes aegypti）的多个区域与组织（头部、胸部、腹部、马氏管（Malpighian tubules）、卵巢、肠道）的转录组（transcriptome）提供全面的图谱资源。此外，该数据库还收录了该蚊虫肠道各细分区域（嗉囊（crop）、前胃（proventriculus）、前中肠（anterior midgut）、后中肠（posterior midgut）及后肠（hindgut））的区域特异性RNA测序（RNAseq）数据。
