Transcriptome assembly of vent sea anemone in kairei vent

A sea anemone from Kairei vent in Indian ocean. In order to know the molecular mechanism of adaptation of the extreme environment, part of body walls were sequenced by Illumina Hiseq 2500 with paired end length of 150bp. The data set mainly contain the assembled transcriptome. After removing adapters and low quality sequences, The transcripts were sequenced by Trinity, cd-hit-est was used to remove redundant transcripts.
