Data for BinBencher

Data for the BinBencher paper:

`source.tar.gz` contains the BinBencher source code as an installable Julia package

`inputs.tar.gz` contains an example ground truth reference and a binning.

`raw.tar.gz` includes raw data a needed to reproduce the results in the first draft of the BinBencher preprint. Files not included in `raw.tar.gz` are:

The CAMI datasets which are available at https://frl.publisso.de/data/frl:642551

The precise inputs for the original VAMB run used in this paper. However, the VAMB output is saved in this file.

`paper_binbencher.tar.gz`: Source code used to create plots results and plots for the paper

To reproduce the paper: Extract `paper_binbencher.tar.gz` and `raw.tar.gz`. Run the scripts as they appear in the Git log of `paper_binbencher`.

To run BinBencher on test data: Extract `source.tar.gz`, and follow the README to install the package (if GitHub is down, instead of installing using the URL, use the path to the just-extracted package). Extract `inputs.tar.gz` and follow the instructions in the souce's README to run on the test data.
