Each cell is profiled with transcriptome-wide RNA expression and a standardized panel of 382 surface proteins. This dataset was curated to support the development of robust and generalizable models in single-cell biology. It serves as the foundation for CAPTAIN, a multimodal pretrained model for single-cell analysis.
