Asellus aquaticus samples collected and studied from cave, surface streams, and lake ecotypes on Gotland, Sweden

DNA sequencing of Asellus aquaticus samples from 1. Lummelunda Cave; 2. Lummelunda upstream and downstream; 3. Horsan reed and Horsan stony bottom habitats, all found on the island of Gotland in Sweden. Three round of next generation sequencing were employed with 1. 10xGenomics Chromium library on Illumina - single inbred Lummelunda Cave female for de novo genome assembly; 2. WGS data from one cave male and surface female (these two individuals were crossed to produce F2 and F4 populations) sequenced using Illumina; 3. RADseq data (EcoRI) from samples out of Lummelunda Cave (LC), Lummelunda Downstream (LD), Lummelunda Upstream (LU), Horsan Reed (HR), Horsan Stony bottom (HS). Furthermore, F2 and F4 progeny obtained by a cave x surface intercross were also sequenced using RADSeq on Illumina. Here, raw DNA sequence files are provided for each of the above mentioned samples and sequencing runs.
