AEDIN Corpus - Verified Agroecological Interaction & Trait Claims (v0.1.0)

The verified subset of the AgroEcological Database of Interactions (AEDIN): 9,722 ecological interaction claims and 12,856 organism trait claims extracted from open-access scientific literature by a large-language-model pipeline and confirmed through a multi-critic AI consensus gate (≥2 independent specialty-critic "plausible" verdicts, zero "implausible," plus a resolvable locality and a family/order taxonomic-rank floor), together with the 3,754 taxa they reference. Every claim carries a verbatim source quote, page, and citation. Interaction vocabulary aligns with the Global Biotic Interactions (GloBI) Relations Ontology.
