Lower Fungom Kung 500 Nouns Wordlist

Kung ISO 639-3:kfl, kung1292 is a Central Ring Grassfields language spoken in Lower Fungom (Tatang 2016:7, Good et al 2011:157). The wordlist elicitation is aimed at transcribing more words adding to the availability of data on African languages thus responding to curb the lack of transcribed data, “Due to the large number of tense-aspect categories and the scarcity of transcribed texts” Van de Val (2008:5). In addition, it provides the ACCESS DATABASE with the nouns required to build it for easy cross-referencing with Yemne-Kimbi and other Ring languages perhaps clarifying some issues of taxonomy.
