Five Antigen Tests for COVID-19: Virus Viability Matters

This dataset contains results of high-throughput screening antigent testing for COVID-19 patients in a high-prevalence population (sampling was by nasopharyngeal swabs). The performance of five antigen tests (produced by JOYSBIO, Assure Tech, SD Biosensor, VivaChek Biotech and NDFOS) was evaluated compared to RT-PCR only and after correction on the presence of viable virus particles (i.e., infectiousness). The dataset contains, in total, 1141 patients, of which only samples with discrepant results were subjected to viability testing.<br>
