松香基聚合物@硅核壳吸附剂:制备、表征以及吸附性能研究

本研究制备了一种新型松香基polymer@silica核壳吸附剂(RP-Si-CA),以二氧化硅为载体,改性松香为交联骨架,季铵阳离子为官能团,并将其用作甘蔗汁的脱色剂。 以合成的黑素作为甘蔗汁着色剂模型,研究了RP-Si-CA的吸附性能。 RP-Si-CA对黑素的平衡吸附量为0.83 mg/g(实验条件:RP-Si-CA用量为0.30g/mL; 温度333 K; pH值7.0; 初始浓度为270 mg/L),相应的去除率达到92%。 对RP-Si-CA吸附黑素的动力学、等温线、热力学和相互作用机理的研究表明,吸附主要受化学吸附的影响,这是由于RP-Si-CA的季铵盐阳离子与着色剂的羧酸盐离子相互作用。 此外,吸附是通过吸热单层过程进行的,并且是自发的。 回收试验表明,RP-Si-CA具有良好的再生性能。
In this study, a novel rosin-based polymer@silica core-shell adsorbent (RP-Si-CA) was prepared, using silica as the support, modified rosin as the crosslinked framework, and quaternary ammonium cations as the functional groups, which was then applied as a decolorizing agent for sugarcane juice. Using synthetic melanin as the model colorant for sugarcane juice, the adsorption performance of RP-Si-CA was investigated. The equilibrium adsorption capacity of RP-Si-CA for melanin was 0.83 mg/g under the following experimental conditions: adsorbent dosage 0.30 g/mL, temperature 333 K, pH 7.0, and initial melanin concentration 270 mg/L, with a corresponding removal rate reaching 92%. Studies on the adsorption kinetics, isotherms, thermodynamics and interaction mechanism of melanin adsorption by RP-Si-CA revealed that the adsorption is primarily governed by chemisorption, which arises from the interaction between the quaternary ammonium cations of RP-Si-CA and the carboxylate ions of the colorant. Furthermore, the adsorption proceeds via an endothermic monolayer process and is thermodynamically spontaneous. Recycling experiments demonstrated that RP-Si-CA possesses excellent regeneration performance.
