Supplementary dataset for the National wastewater surveillance of norovirus and rotavirus in Slovenia: temporal dynamics and epidemiological associations

This dataset contains the supplementary data supporting the manuscript: "National wastewater surveillance of norovirus and rotavirus in Slovenia: temporal dynamics and epidemiological associations" The dataset was generated during a pilot wastewater surveillance study investigating the presence and temporal dynamics of rotavirus and norovirus in municipal wastewater. Wastewater samples were collected from 9 wastewater treatment plants between September 2023 and September 2024. Samples were analysed using molecular methods targeting norovirus GI, norovirus GII, and rotavirus.
