"Data1.zip" contains a collection of .npz files (numpy arrays) that are the basis of Figures 1-5 in the publication. Each subfolder contains The output density matrices after application of the dynamical map to the intial states which are proposed in the paper The original random unitary operation for the N-qubit system The reconstructed random unitary operation for the N-qubit system The global phases needed to connect the original with the reconstructed unitary operator. The Choi matrices of the dynamical maps, which are needed for the unitarity measure in Eq. 19. For details regarding the structure of data of the npz. files we refer to "Contents_of_Data1.txt". "Spam_error.npz" contain the spam error for each method averaged over 5 2-qubit random gates (y-Axis in Fig 6.), as well as the interval of spam probability (x-Axis in Fig 6.). "Channel_uses.npz" and contains the calculated minimum number of channel uses for each decoherence strength calculated using Eq. 21 and 23 for pure initial state and the mixed one. For details we refer to the txt files.
