The small and large intestine contain transcriptionally related mesenchymal stromal cell subsets that derive from embryonic Gli1+ mesothelial cells [adult bulk RNA-Seq]

Sorted populations of stroma cells from the small and large intestinal lamina propria. Each population has 3 replicates per tissue and were individually subjected to RNA-seq. Gating strategy of each MSC population is described in the paper. For small intestine; pericytes, SMCs, subepithelial FBs and two interstitial FB subsets (one including a mix of interstitial and adventitial). For LI; pericytes, subepithelial FBs, adventitial FBs and two interstitial FB subsets.
