H++ Framework Global and UK Local Sea Level Projections

This dataset contains the sea level projections associated with the publication: "A new framework to explore high-end sea-level rise for the UK: updating H++ (Weeks et al., 2025)." It contains: Hplusplus_screening_storylines.xslx: Global and UK local relative mean H++ screening sea level storylines for representative capital city locations (1981-2000 baseline), as per the "Screening Process" step in Weeks et al., 2025. Projections available by total change (m) and by rate of change (mm/yr). Hplusplus_library_storylines.xslx: Five global and UK local relative mean sea level storylines associated with Palmer et al., (2024) for the same representative capital city locations (converted to 1981-2000 baseline), as per the "Library of Storylines" step in Weeks et al., 2025. Projections available by total change (m) and by rate of change (m/yr). Hplusplus_screening_storyline_all_UK.nc: UK local relative mean H++ screening sea level storylines for all UK locations using the same grid boxes as the UK Climate Projections 2018 (UKCP18) (Palmer et al., 2018, Met Office Hadley Centre 2018). Projections available by total change (m) using the UKCP18 baseline (1981-2000). Hplusplus_{storyline}_libary_all_UK.nc: UK local relative mean sea level storylines from Palmer et al., (2024) (Story A, Story B, Story C, Story H1 and Story H2) which make up the library of storylines for all UK locations using the same grid boxes as the UK Climate Projections 2018 (UKCP18) (Palmer et al., 2018, Met Office Hadley Centre 2018). Projections available by total change (m) using the UKCP18 baseline (1981-2000).
