Spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk)del/del mice suppressed atherosclerosis and Sykdeldel macrophages showed cell migration impairment. To investigate the Syk-associated genes in cell migration, we analyzed RNA-Seq of bone marrow monocytes. Overall design: Bone marrow monocytes were purified from mice fed with a high-fat diet for eight weeks and compared Syk+/+Rosa26CreER(T2)+/+ and Sykdel/delRosa26CreER(T2)+/+. Each sample was in triplicate.
